Once we receive your enquiry, we’ll let you know which kittens are available and arrange a viewing. During your visit, we’ll guide you through the different kittens and answer any questions you may have.

If there’s no suitable kitten at the moment, don’t worry — we’ll keep you updated on upcoming litters. You’re also welcome to be placed on our optional waitlist, so we can reach out to you as soon as kittens that fit your preferences become available.

If you’ve found the one, a 50% deposit will secure your kitten. You’ll have up to two weeks to get your home ready. If you need more time, we offer boarding at $100/week, though we may waive it depending on the situation. Meanwhile, we’ll liaise with the breeder to start the ownership transfer and order your kitten’s pedigree certificate.

Before we can transfer the cat license to your name, AVS requires you to complete their short online pet ownership course. We’ll send you the link when the time comes. You’ll also need to create a free TICA account so we can transfer your kitten’s pedigree certificate to you.

If you’re new to cats, don’t worry — we’ll guide you through nail trimming, brushing, ear cleaning, and basic hygiene. We can do this when you visit your kitten before go-home day, or on the day itself.

The remaining payment is made on collection day. You’re welcome to collect your kitten from our cattery, or we can deliver your kitten and starter pack to your home. If needed, we can even help you set up the essentials like the litter box.

Once your kitten goes home, we’ll set up a private Telegram chat just for you and your family. This is where you can ask us anything — behaviour, feeding, grooming, health concerns — and we’ll reply as soon as we can. It’s especially helpful during the first week, when everything is still new, and we’re always just a message away.

We use Telegram exclusively for our existing customers so that we can focus on providing fast and dedicated support to our Fluffydolls families.

Within 3 months of bringing your kitten home, you’re welcome to book a free grooming session with us. We recommend staying for the session so we can show you exactly how we groom — calmly and gently, using methods your kitten is already familiar with.

By then, you’ll likely have tried some grooming at home, so it’s the perfect time to let us know what you’re struggling with. Whether it’s brushing, nail trimming, or just getting your kitten to stay still, we’ll guide you through it step by step and offer practical tips based on your kitten’s coat and temperament.

This session is meant to give you confidence and help make grooming a stress-free part of your routine.
