You can WhatsApp us any time and share what you’re looking for — the breed, the temperament, or even the kind of personality you feel would fit your home. It also helps if you tell us a little about your household so we can guide you towards the kitten that’s the best match.

After we receive your enquiry, we’ll let you know which kittens are currently available and arrange a viewing for you. During your visit, we’ll walk you through the different kittens, share what we know about their personalities, and answer any questions you have.

If there isn’t a suitable kitten at the moment, don’t worry. We’ll keep you updated on upcoming litters. You’re also welcome to join our optional waitlist so we can reach out the moment something that fits your preferences arrives.

If you’ve found the one, a 50% deposit secures your kitten. You’ll have up to three weeks to prepare your home. If you need extra time, we can keep your kitten with us at $100 per week, and in some situations, we’re happy to waive this. While you get ready, we’ll work with the breeder to start the ownership transfer and order your kitten’s pedigree certificate.

Before we can transfer the cat license to your name, AVS requires you to complete their short online pet ownership course. You’ll also need to create a free TICA account so we can transfer your kitten’s pedigree certificate to you.

If this is your first kitten, don’t worry — we’ll guide you through the basics like nail trimming, brushing, ear cleaning and general hygiene. We can do this during one of your visits before go-home day or on the day itself, whichever works better for you.

The remaining payment is made on collection day. You’re welcome to pick your kitten up from our cattery, or we can deliver your kitten — along with the starter pack — straight to your home. If you need help setting up essentials like the litter box, we’re happy to assist.

Once your kitten goes home, we’ll set up a private Telegram chat just for you. This is where you can reach us easily for anything — behaviour questions, feeding, grooming, settling-in issues or health concerns. We reply as soon as we can, especially during the first week when everything feels new.

We use Telegram exclusively for our existing Fluffydolls families so we can give dedicated attention and fast support.

Within the first month, you can book a free grooming session with us. We recommend staying throughout the session so you can see exactly how we groom — calmly, gently, and in a way your kitten is already familiar with.

This visit is also a good chance for us to do a quick physical check on your kitten and catch up on how things have been at home. After the exam, we’ll share any advice or small adjustments that might help your kitten settle and grow even better.

This grooming session is tailored to help your kitten get used to water, showering and the whole grooming process. Early experiences are incredibly important; when done correctly, they help your kitten form a positive association with grooming. That means less stress for your kitten in future, and a much easier time for you at home.

By the one-month mark, you would have tried some grooming on your own, so feel free to let us know what you’ve been struggling with — brushing, nail trimming or simply getting your kitten to stay still. We’ll guide you through everything step by step and share tips tailored to your kitten’s coat and personality.
