We know that bringing a kitten into your life is a big step, and we’re here to make sure everything goes smoothly. Our guarantees aren’t just promises — they reflect how we care for our kittens and support the families who bring them home.

1. Support, Ongoing Care, and Guidance

   When you bring home a Fluffydolls kitten, our role doesn’t end there. You gain access to ongoing care and support that is reserved exclusively for our own kitten families.

   As part of this, every Fluffydolls family is added to a private Telegram chat with us — a dedicated space for updates, questions, and guidance as your kitten grows. This support is shaped not only by our own experience, but also by the collective knowledge built through years of supporting our families. Many customers have shared the challenges they’ve faced, and together, we’ve worked through them. As a result, most situations new owners encounter are ones we already understand and know how to guide.

   Our care also extends into hands-on support. For families travelling overseas, boarding is available exclusively for Fluffydolls kittens and cats. Unlike standard pet hotels, we care for cats we have raised ourselves — cats whose routines, temperament, and history we already know. This allows us to provide calm, familiar care and attentive support should your cat ever need extra attention.

   Grooming is also offered only to our own kittens and cats. We believe grooming should always be a positive, confidence-building experience. By keeping grooming within our care, each session is approached gently and progressively, helping our cats become more comfortable, cooperative, and easy to handle over time.

   This is our long-term commitment to the kittens we raise and the families who trust us.

2. Health

FIV/FeLV Negative

We guarantee that all our kittens are free from Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) and Feline Leukaemia Virus (FeLV).

Genetic and Congenital Coverage

We offer coverage for genetic diseases and congenital conditions to give you peace of mind. Your kitten is covered until one year of age for genetic conditions commonly seen in pedigree cats, such as hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM), polycystic kidney disease (PKD), and progressive retinal atrophy (PRA). Congenital conditions identified early in life are also covered up to one year of age.

Feline Infectious Peritonitis (FIP)

We provide FIP (Feline Infectious Peritonitis) coverage until your kitten reaches one year of age. FIP is no longer the fatal disease it once was — with GS-441524, recovery rates are high, and most kittens go on to live completely normal lives. This coverage is included not because our kittens are at higher risk, but because we understand how stressful a diagnosis can be.

If your kitten develops FIP before turning one, we will support you throughout the treatment and procure the GS-441524 vials at our own cost, removing the burden of sourcing the medication independently.

Veterinary Checks and Vaccinations

All kittens go through multiple veterinary examinations as part of their vaccination schedule. Before each vaccination is administered, a licensed vet conducts a full health check to ensure the kitten is fit for vaccination. In addition, an official government-appointed vet in the exporting country performs a final examination prior to travel.

Deworming and Parasite Control

Our kittens are kept up to date on internal and external deworming. We use Revolution for external parasite protection and Fenbendazole for internal deworming, ensuring your kitten remains healthy and parasite-free.

3. Socialisation and Behaviour

Temperament

Our kittens come from carefully selected parent lines known for calm, affectionate temperaments. Raised in home environments by trusted breeders in Europe, they are well-socialised and familiar with household life, allowing for a smooth transition into your home.

Litter Box Training

We guarantee that your kitten is fully litter box trained before going home. To support the transition, we also provide a litter box and familiar cat litter during the settling-in period.

Basic Grooming Training

Our kittens are accustomed to brushing, nail trimming, and basic grooming routines. Before your kitten goes home, our team will guide you through these routines to ensure continuity and comfort.

4. Genetic Health Testing of Parents

We guarantee that the parents of our kittens are tested for breed-specific genetic conditions, such as HCM in Ragdolls and PKD in British Shorthairs. During your kitten viewing, we are happy to show you the parents’ test results for reassurance.

5. Pedigree

Pedigree Certificate

All kittens come with an official pedigree certificate from recognised organisations such as TICA, CFA, or GCCF. You will be able to register the kitten in your name and receive a five-generation pedigree certificate.

Show Quality

If a kitten is designated as show quality, it means they conforms to the official breed standard and has no disqualifying features.

First Grooming On Us

Your kitten’s first grooming experience matters — that’s why we include one complimentary full spa grooming session, redeemable within 1 month of bringing your kitten home.

You’re welcome to stay throughout the session. This is a great opportunity to learn the basics of safe, low-stress grooming and ask us anything about maintaining your kitten’s coat and hygiene.

We’re strong advocates of doing your own grooming — it’s one of the best ways to bond with your cat and build trust over time. While most cats naturally dislike getting wet and may feel a little stressed during baths, with patience, gentleness, and the right techniques, we can keep that stress to a minimum.

Even if you choose to go with a professional groomer later on, this first session gives you a clear idea of how calm and respectful grooming can be. It helps you make better choices when selecting a groomer — or gives you the confidence to do it yourself at home. Grooming can be a meaningful and rewarding part of your relationship with your cat, and we’re here to help you start off right.
